01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

02Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a member account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for activity on your account.

03Tickets & Membership

• Tickets are licensed to the named purchaser and may only be transferred via the official resale exchange.
• Resale above face value is prohibited under the IFBF Charter. Tickets sold above face value will be voided without refund.
• Membership is free; benefits are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Match-day entry requires a valid QR ticket and government-issued photo ID for restricted seating areas.

04Store & Refunds

• Free returns within 30 days for unworn, tagged items. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of warehouse receipt.
• Promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly stated.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or republish content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, transmit malware, impersonate another person, or use the service in any way that breaches the laws of England & Wales or the IFBF Charter.

06Intellectual Property

All content — including the GB Premier League and IFBF marks, the IFBF Charter, club crests, photography, and broadcast footage — is owned by the IFBF or its licensees. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; commercial use requires a written licence.

07Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by the laws of England & Wales.

08Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales unless otherwise agreed under the IFBF Disciplinary Charter.

01What Are Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) are small pieces of data stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and sign-in state, and — only with your consent — measure how the site is used.

This site is operated from the United Kingdom. We honour the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR): no optional storage is set until you give consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

02Storage We Use

The table above is loaded from the live storage registry. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies, ad-network pixels, social-media trackers, or fingerprinting libraries. Any future optional technology must be registered and consent-gated before activation.

You can change your choices at any time using the controls above or the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

The GB Premier League is committed to ensuring the digital service is accessible to as many people as possible — whether you're using a screen reader, navigating with a keyboard only, or accessing on a low-bandwidth connection.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA, with several Level AAA targets where reasonable.

• Dark theme by default; light/auto themes in development

04Stadium Accessibility

Every IFBF-certified arena has dedicated wheelchair zones across reserved and premium seating areas, with companion seating. Service dogs are welcome with prior notice. Contact the Box Office for assisted bookings.

05Known Limitations

We're working on these — your patience is appreciated:

• The live match-centre canvas heatmap is not yet screen-reader friendly
• Some older PDF documents in the Press Room are scanned images only
• The 360° stadium tour requires mouse/touch (keyboard support in roadmap)
